This game was developed to be used alongside the Bill of Rights Institute's Government and Politics: Civics For the American Experiment Core Resource.

Game Play:
- Teams are given five words and asked to rank them in terms of importance to their assigned political party.
- Teams compete to collect cards that spell "LAW OF THE LAND". The first team to collect all 12 lettered cards wins.
- Game simulates the debate between Federalists and Anti-Federalists during the formation of the U.S. Constitution
