Refund Policy 

  • If a customer is unhappy with a purchased item, they may request a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Our customer service team will evaluate eligibility.
  • If the product was damaged in transit, BRI will credit the account and evaluate if the vendor needs to be contacted for a new print.
  • BRI does not offer refunds for shipped products that are unwanted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving requests. 

Please contact our support team if you are experiencing such issues. Ordering the incorrect size does not qualify for a return. Please contact our support team at orders@billofrightsinstitute.org for further assistance with returns.
